Wednesday Prayer Meeting

The ministry of prayer is one of the privileges God has granted to us. He desires that we depend on him and share our needs with one another even as we gather together in oneness and make our requests known to God. From 7:00 to 8:00pm, Pastor Frankie will lead a Wednesday night prayer meeting at Yorkton Alliance Church. The theme is "Reflection on our simple nature and making a spiritual renewal." Open to all, the evening is a combination of praise and worship music, a short teaching, and an opportunity for community and individual prayer. A Prayer Meeting has two purposes:

1. To praise, worship, and honor God
2. To build up the Body of Christ (as brothers and sisters).

As a family of believers, let's gather together to lift up the needs in the church and around the world, believing God is going to move in mighty ways. Won’t you please join us Wednesday evenings as we pray with faith that the Lord will help us in every area of our lives! God only needs a few minutes of your time and heart. You don’t need to worry about what to say. You just need to submit yourself to His authority and invite Him to lead. Allow His Spirit to fill your thoughts with His desires for prayer, and then give voice to them. 

"The Lord is at hand; do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God." Philippians 4:5
